Venue Hire

Our hall is available to hire outside of school hours. 

Hires for single events or regular and long term events are available
NB: From January 2024 our hall will undergo some major upgrade to the roof and some areas internally. It is likely the hall will not be available for hire until Term 2. Any changes to this project will be communicated via this platform.

All hirers must adhere to the COVID-19 regulations and recommendations relating to private venue hire. Please check the Ministry of Health page to ensure you have the most up to date information relating to the alert level relevant at the time of your hire.

The hall is installed with a simple to use sound system, projector and wireless microphone. It has ceiling gas heaters, a semi commercial kitchen with range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, hot water zips, commercial dish washer, deep fryer, and toaster. It is possible to hire the kitchen only for catering purposes.

We have stackable tables and forms for up to 300 people included in the hire rate. Also included in the hire rate are kitch utensils, plates, cups, pots etc should you require it, we also have 100 mattresses and sheets/pillow cases included. It has a full size basketball court and hoops as well. There is also a full size netball and basketball court outside.

The maximum occupancy for events held in the hall is 250 people, and is available for community hire any day when school is not using the hall.

All hirers are required to pay a $250.00 bond upon booking. Casual hirers must pay the hire fee prior to the booking.
